U-M has joined the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) to provide professional development resources in digital learning to faculty and staff on all campuses. The institutional membership was coordinated by Information and Technology Services (ITS) and received funding from more than a dozen academic and administrative units; and as a result of overwhelming interested has been centrally supported since the summer of 2023. The membership includes free events and on-demand webinars, publications including the peer-reviewed Online Learning Journal, faculty playbooks, and discounted pricing on additional resources.
