ITS Instructional Support Workshops

ITS Teaching & Learning Instructional Support offers training, on-demand recordings/resources, and consultations for instructors and staff new to academic technology tools—such as Canvas and Generative AI—and those looking to explore deeper-dive topics, such as learning analytics and using video (MiVideo) for instruction.

Upcoming Workshops/Events

The next run of the Generative AI workshop series will be May 29 - June 27 and continue to be offered throughout the summer and fall. Starting May 29, the workshops will include more GenAI applications for staff and ongoing instructor support for GenAI.

The 26th annual University of Michigan Enriching Scholarship conference occured May 6-9th. This year’s theme, “Surveying the Now,” highlighted the ways technology has changed current classrooms, including Generative AI. All sessions are now available to watch on demand.
